If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can simply return the item or items to us. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt. We currently do not provide pre-paid postal returns, so when sending an item(s) back it is your responsibility that it reaches as safely. For international and European returns: We guarantee to refund any item purchased on our website that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition by post within 15 days. Products purchased from stores cannot be returned to us, they have to be returned to the store they were purchased from. In the case that you have requested a refund, the amount will appear on your bank account within 7 to 10 working days from the day we receive your return. We would like to inform you that any fees charged by your bank in the process of refunding, will be covered by you. The amounts of these fees vary depending on your bank’s policies. Exchange Policy in Sales Period.
Products that were bought within 14 days period before sales, can be exchanged with different style items during sales period. The standard paid price of the returned product will be subtracted from new order’s final amount. In the same way, products which were bought during sales period can be exchanged with different style items after sales. The discounted paid price of the returned product will be subtracted from new order’s final amount.
Any changes of the same products in colors and sizes, before, during and after sales period will be accomplished regularly with the same receipt.
